However, due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, we maintain specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and warranties. All Sales Are Final
Due to the wholesale and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
We highly recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

If approved, we will either issue a store credit, a replacement, or a partial refund at our discretion.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
Some branded products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item qualifies, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to file a warranty claim. We are not responsible for honoring manufacturer warranties.
We are happy to assist you with product details or documentation required for your claim.
Return Shipping
If a return is authorized, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If your order is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, and the package is returned to us, a restocking fee and reshipping charges may apply.
